There are many things that make Fiducia a little bit different, such as our beautiful location in the heart of the Dedham Vale countryside, but it’s the value of our dedicated team that makes the Fiducia family so special.

This week, we take time out with Ella Matthews:

When did you join the Fiducia team and in what role?

I joined the team in March 2019 as Client Services Administrator, the role I hold today.

How does inhouse training help you in your role or career journey?

Client contact is incredibly important in this profession and it’s been a fast learning curve for me, so focused and specific training helps me a great deal. The Covid19 impact has really highlighted the importance of sound client communications too.

What’s your first task of the day?

I usually check my emails to establish if any client emails have come in overnight which need prioritising. Then I’ll make a coffee.

Which part of your job do you most enjoy, and which area is the most challenging?

I love the satisfaction I gain from resolving a customer enquiry effectively. The most challenging instances are where work is sprung on me at short notice without enough time to prepare. I like to feel in control and organised!

What do you most look forward to at the end of the week?

Getting everything on my ‘to do’ list completed so I can switch off for the weekend and enjoy time with friends and family.

Marks out of ten for your work/life balance?

9/10

Three words to describe the Fiducia family….

Friendly, Supportive, Knowledgeable
