The category was open to women whose achievements and work within financial advice in the UK have helped enhance the sector or raise its profile as a career for women – whether through education, training, leadership, mentoring or acting as a role model. The nominee must be able to demonstrate their influence in attracting and/or retaining women into financial advice.
Susie’s work goes far beyond her technical knowledge and support of the clients. She has worked her way from a paraplanner to being a chartered financial adviser and director, while raising two young boys with her husband and supporting every member of the Fiducia team.
