The last few months have been difficult for everyone and we would like to start by wishing good health for you and your loved ones. During this time, we have remained focused on the needs of our clients and have been working hard to maintain our service to you through the current COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak.

However, as we approach Easter we believe you will share in our optimism that the future is looking brighter. As we follow the roadmap out of lockdown, we hope you will soon be seeing more of your friends and family, besides talking part in those outdoor interests and pleasures which you cherish so much.

While Covid-19 has challenged us all it has also forced us to re-evaluate many priorities and the values of security – whether they be financial, health-related or emotional. One of the lessons we have all learned is that life and time are precious and so are our family and friends.

Last month, we learned that the Fiducia Dedham Run, which we sponsor and support, has been cancelled again for 2021. We miss seeing the families and athletes (and our own Richard of course) but look forward to helping the fundraising in 2022. We’re sure that all the Lockdown joggers will be out in full force showing off their new-found fitness!

On a more positive note, in early March, we had some virtual fun inaugurating our relationship with our Charity of the Year  –Citizens Advice of Colchester (CAC). Gordon held an interview with CAC trustee and author Bill Hayton, who wrote ‘The South China Sea: the struggle for power in Asia’ exploring the politics, history and investment opportunities of Asia. You can watch the full interview on our YouTube channel.

In the meantime, we encourage you do look at the CAC’s work and if possible, make any donation you can to their admirable and worthy work by following the link below. We were very proud to make our own company donation a few weeks ago and are honoured to be supporting them as our Charity of the Year 2021.

In other news, we also have a new member who has joined the team and look forward to introducing Cheryl to you all in the coming months.

On behalf of us all here at Fiducia, we would like to wish you and your families some rest, relaxation and lighthearted fun this Easter, but most all good health.

Happy Easter!
