How does continued professional development (CPD) help you in your role or career journey?
Regular CPD ensures that I am kept up to date with changes to legislation so that Fiducia remains compliant.
What’s your first task of the day?
To take off my bike clothes and put on my business attire.
Which part of your job do you most enjoy, and which area is the most challenging?
The favourite part of my job is helping clients achieve goals that have a major benefit to their lives. The most challenging area is comprehending the FCA handbook.
What do you most look forward to at the end of the week?
Putting business attire away for a couple of days.
