Ella spent 10 years working in employee share plans before being made redundant and joining Fiducia. She took the leap into financial services, and over the past seven years has built up her knowledge and experience, growing into the role and the wider world of financial services along the way.

Ella lives in Ipswich with her fiancé and three-year-old son. When she’s not working, she can usually be found tending to her allotment and enjoying growing her own vegetables. She’s also a keen foodie and loves eating out whenever she gets the chance.
What would you still like to do in life?
Go to Australia, and get married.

The people and the beautiful location.
