The new year is a time when we take a moment to take stock. To review what we want from life, and the year ahead in particular. Very often this involves setting goals, making resolutions; trying to change habits.

Actions become habits for a reason. When we reflect on resolutions made in the past, we could easily conclude that many of our habits are, in fact, unchangeable. Only 8% of people achieve their new year resolutions
