In addition, we were Highly Commended in the Best Retirement Adviser category, so a Gold and Silver from four finals.

To mark our birthday, I decided to book a table at the Awards, which meant we had a strong presence to celebrate the outcome – which we did. As with all such awards, the result is only achieved by a real team effort and the congratulations and plaudits have been shared with all concerned.

While this is the second time we have won a national award since 2013, we will not become complacent because we are very aware the real test is whether we can delight all our clients all of the time. However, it is always good to compete with our peers and win!
