Fiducia Dedham Run 2019

It was a lovely day but in truth a little too warm to be ideal conditions, which meant the helpers at the water stations were kept busy. There were generous supplies of water provided by the local Co-op so a big thank you to them. As always, the races were well supported by family and friends. The field alongside the driveway to our office became a temporary and very full car park.

The winner of the 10k was Adrian Mussett of the Colchester Harriers in 32 minutes 55 seconds and our own Richard Heath was 4th in 36 minutes 45 seconds. A big well done to all those who took part.
