Corrections & Clarifications: The Times, Money

The Money section of yesterday’s Sunday Times, 10th May 2020, led with an article titled “Back in business —— the salesmen caught up in British Steel scandal” in which it referred extensively to Fiducia Wealth Solutions Limited which advised members of Defined Benefit or Final Salary pension schemes to transfer to personal pensions which were then invested in very high risk and inappropriate arrangements. That article makes many lazy references throughout to “Fiducia” and in view of this we wish to state categorically that there is absolutely no connection between Fiducia Wealth Management Limited and any of the “Fiducia” references in the article. The disreputable practices referred to do need to be highlighted and appropriate Regulatory action taken against those Companies and their Directors.
