Fiducia Charity of the Year 2022/23 announcement

We are extremely proud to announce our chosen Charity of the Year for 2022/23 will be The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation.

Our in-house Charity Committee, spearheaded by Senior Financial Adviser Rob Wood, deliberated over several local charities for Fiducia to support over the next 12 months. Taking into account the family aspect we have at the company, The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation ticked a lot of boxes for the committee and a decision was made.

Based in Colchester and operating throughout the UK nationwide, the Foundation supports teenagers and young adults (13-24) who are living with cancer and their families.

Founded in 2014 in memory of Tom Bowdidge, the Foundation focuses on three key areas; to provide emotional & financial support through its care grant packages, to provide age-appropriate rooms and spaces within hospitals and funds a research project which primarily focuses on less toxic treatments for sarcoma cancers in young people.
