Susie joined Fiducia in October 2017 and is a CII Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the PFS with nearly 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. After graduating with a BSc Econ (hons) from Cardiff University in 2006, Susie achieved the CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in 2016.  She holds the CII Pensions specialism having completed the AF3, J05 and R04 exams.

Susie joined the Fiducia Board of Directors during summer 2018 and in March 2020, Gordon and Susie became the majority shareholders in Fiducia after the completion of a successful management buyout. They are both committed to continuing to grow Fiducia whilst ensuring that client service and quality advice is at the forefront of all decisions.

Susie was named Financial Adviser of the Year for the Midlands and East Anglia at the Women in Financial Advice Awards and in October 2021 Susie was accredited with the award for a second year in a row.

Susie has a commitment to continuous personal development, enabling her to keep abreast of ever-changing legislation and is passionate about serving her client’s interests. Aside from Fiducia commitments, Susie is also Chair for the Essex Personal Finance Society and a regular commentator on BBC TV and Radio.

Outside of work, Susie enjoys her time travelling to new places and transporting her teenage children to various sporting activities.
