The team at Fiducia Wealth Management was delighted to see Chartered Financial Planner and Director Susie Laws named Financial Adviser of the Year: Midlands and East Anglia at the 2020 Women in Financial Advice Awards.

The awards, organised by Professional Adviser, recognise the achievements of women working across the UK financial advice profession. Susie received the regional Financial Adviser of the Year award at a virtual ceremony held in October 2020.

The category recognised women whose achievements and contribution to financial advice have helped to enhance the profession or raise its profile as a career for women. This included contributions through leadership, education, training, mentoring and acting as a role model, as well as helping to attract and retain more women within financial advice.

From paraplanner to Chartered Financial Planner and Director

Susie’s contribution to Fiducia extends well beyond her technical expertise and the support she provides to clients.

Having progressed from paraplanner to Chartered Financial Planner and Director of Fiducia Wealth Management, Susie has built a successful career in financial planning while raising two young boys with her husband.

She also plays an important role in supporting and developing the wider Fiducia team, making her recognition at the Women in Financial Advice Awards particularly special to everyone at the firm.
