Two members of our investment team have recently achieved the Investment Management Certificate qualification. Both Gordon Kearney and Dean Aitchison now hold the IMC. Dean is currently studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification leading to our objective of offering discretionary fund management during 2009.
Stephen Doe joins John Millican, Sarah Travers and Marc Ruse in the adviser team. Stephen is a holder of the IMC qualification.

2008 Pre Budget Report

New Star International Property Fund
New Star have suspended trading in this fund as a result of some institutional redemptions which will require properties to be sold. Some clients will have a small exposure to the fund within their portfolios, and we will be contacting clients individually where action needs to be taken.
